Intelligence that compounds,
inside your walls.
We install and operate private AI systems for principals: every meeting remembered, every follow-up drafted, every morning briefed.
On hardware you own. Your data never leaves your building.

The Gap
AI leverage is compounding. Most of it is out of your reach.
Custody
Cloud AI means handing your business to someone else’s servers. If your work carries privilege, patient data, or financial confidence, that trade is unacceptable. So the leverage sits there, unused.
Tools without systems
A chatbot answers questions. It does not remember your commitments, prepare your meetings, or compound. Leverage comes from an operated system, and nobody will sell you one.
Generic advice
Most AI consulting demos a wrapper and leaves. Nothing durable remains. The gap between using AI and owning intelligence infrastructure widens every quarter.
Every meeting you hold without capture is knowledge you cannot get back.
The Echosystem
The platform is not for sale.
The practice runs on a private intelligence platform we built for our own operation first: capture, extraction, recall, and daily briefing, entirely on device. The architecture is patent pending. There is one way to get it: an engagement.
Every meeting becomes searchable memory with named commitments
A morning brief that surfaces what you promised and what you are owed
Follow-ups drafted before you ask, sent only by you
Nothing leaves your walls, ever
The Practice
Diagnosis precedes prescription.
Every engagement begins with the audit. Implementation is available only to audited clients. We do not prescribe what we have not examined.
The AI Leverage Audit
Fixed fee. Two weeks. We map your workflows, your data custody, and your leverage points, then rank every finding by value. The report stands alone. No obligation to proceed.
- +Typeset findings report, every claim graded and evidenced
- +Data custody map: where your information lives and who can touch it
- +Leverage ranking: what to build, in what order, and why
- +Fixed-fee build quote for anything worth building
White-Glove Implementation
We build your private intelligence system on hardware you own, tuned to your vocabulary, your people, and your calendar. Staff consent is designed in, tier by tier. You never touch a configuration file.
The Operated Practice
We run the system: tuning, upkeep, and a quarterly re-audit against the metrics named in Stage I. Your business gains a memory that compounds.
If the audit finds nothing worth building, we say so, and the engagement ends there.
Where custody matters most
Clinical practices
The business of running a practice: schedules, staff, payers, correspondence. Patient care stays where it belongs; everything around it gets leverage.
For practice owners →Firms under privilege
Legal and fiduciary work where confidentiality is the practice itself.
Family offices
Financial affairs that deserve leverage without exposure.
The Method
Evidence first. Every claim carries its proof.
First principles
Every recommendation is derived from your constraints, never lifted from a template.
Adversarial review
We attack our own findings before you see them. What survives the attack is what you get.
Graded claims
Every statement in our reports is tagged verified, derived, or open. You always know which is which.
The human gate
Automation drafts. You decide. Nothing leaves your business without a human hand on it.
The Record
We publish what we can prove.
Production voice-intelligence pipeline: 4.4 hours of recorded audio to structured, speaker-labeled intelligence in 17.4 minutes, entirely on device
US provisional patent filed on the platform architecture; patent pending
119-page internal systems reference, produced and maintained under adversarial audit discipline
A fleet of production systems built and operated daily: capture, recall, CRM, telemetry
Live bilingual production platform delivered for a client business
CLIENT WORK IS CONFIDENTIAL BY DEFAULT.

The Principal
You work with the founder.
AMIRI XI is one person’s practice, deliberately. Michael R. Amiri builds every system on this page himself: research papers under peer review, a US provisional patent on the platform this practice runs on, USPTO patent bar candidate.
The training behind it is wide on purpose. Graduate work at Georgia Tech across machine-learning systems, network security, and health informatics, on a representation-learning foundation from NYU under Yann LeCun and Alfredo Canziani. A principal’s own records and their security exposure are exactly what a private system has to hold, and knowing that stack from the inside is why the practice operates what it installs rather than handing it off.
There is no junior team to be handed off to. That is the point, and it is why capacity is three principals per year.
THE FULL RECORD → MRAMIRI.COMFit
This practice is not for everyone.
For
- Principals and practice owners whose data cannot leave their custody
- Practice owners buried in the business side of medicine
- Firms whose work carries privilege or regulatory weight
- Operators ready to change how they work, with staff who get a real choice
Not for
- Teams shopping for a chatbot
- Anyone comfortable with their business in someone else’s cloud
- Engagements without a measurable outcome
- Volume. We take three principals per year.
If the fit is wrong, we say so.
Process
How we work.
Discovery
25-minute working session. We map your problem, constraints, and success metrics. No pitch decks. Just first principles.
Scope
A clear proposal within 48 hours: deliverables, timeline, investment. If the fit is wrong, we say so.
Execute
Sprint-based delivery. Weekly checkpoints. Every output measured against the metrics we agreed on in Step 1.
Questions
Asked and answered.
Where does our data live?
On hardware you own, inside your walls. We configure the system and we operate it, and we hold nothing. During configuration sessions we see what is on screen, and that residual is disclosed in every agreement. Outside those sessions, we could not read your data if we wanted to.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
A chatbot is a tool you operate. This is a system that operates for you: capture, memory, recall, and drafting, integrated with your calendar and your commitments, running on your hardware. The difference compounds every month you own it.
What happens if you are unavailable?
The system keeps running without us. Documented runbooks, bounded service windows, and a written continuity plan are part of every agreement, disclosed before you sign.
How is pricing set?
Fixed fees, stated in full before work begins, sized to the value of the engagement. No hourly billing. The audit is the only entry point.
What do you guarantee?
A conditional service guarantee, the only honest kind for an operated system: complete the onboarding and the weekly reviews, and if the outcome we named together in the audit is missed, we keep working at no additional fee until it lands. We sell no unconditional promises, and no software guarantees a business result on its own.
Can we buy the system without the service?
No. The platform is proprietary and it arrives only inside an engagement. That exclusivity is deliberate: an operated system is the product.
Does this touch patient care?
No. We equip the business of a practice: schedules, meetings, correspondence, and the owner’s commitments. Nothing we build diagnoses, treats, or recommends care, and nothing we build enters the clinical pathway. That boundary is deliberate, it keeps your regulatory surface at zero, and it goes in writing in every agreement.
How disruptive is this for my staff?
Minimally, by design. Consent is built in tier by tier: every person gets a real choice about what the system may hear and remember, and recording follows written consent, always. The system serves the principal without surveilling the team. Adoption is engineered with the same care as the software.
We already have an IT provider.
Keep them. They run your infrastructure; we build and operate your intelligence system on top of it. Different discipline, different deliverable: your IT provider keeps the machines healthy. We make your business remember.
