The Working Session

25 minutes. No pitch.
We work.

The first conversation with this practice is a working session, not a sales call. You bring a real problem; we work it in front of you and assess fit in both directions.

NO SLIDES. NO SEQUENCE OF FOLLOW-UP CALLS. ONE SESSION, ONE DECISION.

The 25 minutes, accounted for.

Minutes 0 to 5

Your practice, mapped

You talk, we draw. How the work actually flows, where your attention drains, what you are personally the integration point for. No forms were sent in advance; the mapping is the point.

Minutes 5 to 15

The problem, worked

We take the ball you brought and work it in front of you, on the platform the practice itself runs on. You watch how we think before you ever consider paying for it.

Minutes 15 to 22

Fit, assessed both ways

Where leverage actually sits in your operation, what an audit would examine first, and whether we are the right hands. You are qualifying us in this window exactly as much as we are qualifying you.

Minutes 22 to 25

A decision, either way

If the fit is right: a scoped proposal within 48 hours, fixed fee stated in full. If it is wrong: we say so before you do, and we say why. Both outcomes are the session working as designed.

Prepare

Bring three things.

Five minutes of thought before the session is worth more than an hour inside it. Principals who arrive with these three answers get a sharper diagnosis.

WS-01

The dropped ball

The most recent commitment that slipped through your practice: the follow-up nobody sent, the promise nobody remembered. One sentence.

WS-02

Where your data lives

Your one-sentence honest answer. If it involves the word "somewhere", that is a finding already.

WS-03

The untouchable workflow

The one part of your operation you would never hand to a cloud tool. That boundary tells us more about the right architecture than any requirements document.

Do not book this session if you are:

×

Shopping for a chatbot or a demo of one

×

Looking for free consulting stretched across many calls

×

Unable to name a problem that costs real money or real hours

×

Comfortable with the practice running on someone else’s cloud

This is capacity protection, ours and yours. The practice takes three principals per year, so the only sessions worth holding are the ones that could genuinely become one of the three.

Bring the dropped ball.

25 minutes. A decision either way. That is the whole promise.
