Proof, graded

Every claim on this site carries its evidence grade.

Measured means we ran it and kept the numbers. Built means it exists and runs. Filed means a government office holds the paperwork. Under review means judges we do not control are reading it. Open means we do not have it yet, and we say so.

PRF-01Measured

4.4 hours of recorded meetings become structured, speaker-labeled, searchable intelligence in 17.4 minutes, entirely on one machine.

HOW TO CHECK · Benchmark notes shared in the working session.

PRF-02Built

The platform this practice runs on exists and is operated daily: capture, extraction, recall, briefing, relationship memory, telemetry. It was built for our own operation first.

HOW TO CHECK · The working session is conducted on it.

PRF-03Built

Zero cloud dependencies in the intelligence pipeline. Recordings and documents are processed on hardware the owner controls, and the system runs with the network unplugged.

HOW TO CHECK · Architecture walkthrough under NDA in an engagement.

PRF-04Filed

US provisional patent filed, 2026, on the platform architecture. Patent pending.

HOW TO CHECK · Filing receipt verifiable in diligence.

PRF-05Under review

Research papers under peer review, authored by the principal.

HOW TO CHECK · Verifiable when decisions release, September 2026.

PRF-06Built

A 119-page internal systems reference, written and maintained under adversarial audit discipline: claims graded, errors named, nothing silently rewritten.

HOW TO CHECK · Redacted excerpt provided inside the audit.

PRF-07Open

Client results: none published yet. The practice takes three principals per year and opened its calendar in 2026; client work is confidential by default, and no testimonial will ever appear here that we cannot verify.

HOW TO CHECK · This row changes only when a client volunteers, in writing.

What we refuse to claim

PRF-00
  • ×No return-on-investment percentages we did not measure ourselves.
  • ×No testimonials we do not have, no logo walls, no "as seen in".
  • ×No compliance badges: software does not make a practice compliant, and we will not imply it does.
  • ×No guarantee of payment, coverage, or business outcomes beyond the named conditional guarantee in writing.
  • ×No countdown timers. Capacity is three principals per year because that is physics, and it is the only scarcity we will ever claim.

A practice that will operate your private intelligence has one asset that matters more than its software: you can believe what it tells you. We would rather show you a short honest ledger than a long impressive one.

Check any of it in person.

25 minutes. Bring your hardest question about the ledger above.
